The household offers homemade food, prepared in traditional way, the same as for the family. The hosts can make special food for the guests who are vegetarians or vegans or allergic to some ingredients.
Rural Activities
The household offers its guests rural and other activities: during the winter, the guests can tour the area using snowshoes and skis. In the early spring, in March and April, they can take part in cleaning the farm, fruit spraying, its pruning and hoeing and other agro technical jobs that last till May. Early June id for mowing and fruit trimming. Guests can pick strawberries, raspberries, tea during the summer. Mid-August is left for chokeberry collecting and its production, which goes on till October when apple picking begins. Apple picking and production last until December, when these fruit are processed, stored, labelled and prepared for the market.

This household is home of a four-member family, father Ljubomir – a clerk in the local management, mother Zorica – housewife, daughter Sara- a teacher and son Janko – high school graduate – tourism department.
Their basic activity is fruit growing. They own a garden where they grow vegetable, for them and for their guests and for juice production. 2, 8 hectares of the farm is for the orchard. They have 450 apple trees of different sorts: Idared, Golden Delicious, Jonagold and Richard red, as well as 1,600 chokeberry Nero plants, excellent for the production of juice, jams and compotes, brandies and other homemade products made of fruit.
The household has a certificate for primary production of pasteurized juices that are additive, preservative and citric acid free. They are exclusively made in natural and traditional way.
Besides fruit growing, the household is into agro tourism, too and they have accommodation and other facilities for it:
- A cottage with living room, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and two bedrooms for six people
- A bungalow with two beds and a bathroom
The house also has a presentation hall – a multipurpose room, where one can spend leisure hours.
The guests of the farm can also enjoy the specialties of traditional cuisine, where dishes are made exclusively from homemade products and the guests can participate in cooking.
The evening hours can be spent next to the fireplace, in socializing and tasting homemade products.
A walking tour can be organized, at the farm and surrounding area, as well where guests can see local flora and fauna, and during season, guests can take part in picking fruit and witness its production into organic juice and taste it, of course.
A six kilometers biking trail connecting Uroševina, Suvovrh, Bojne Njive passes through the farm. Guests can also go biking towards Bjelasica and the Mountain Home Džambas and katun Žarski, a future ski center, 8 km long (intermediate more difficult) and towards west up to the pass Krstac, 6 kilometers long. All these routes are ideal as hiking trails, too since they are wide enough, they have beautiful viewpoints along the way and they are not too demanding, and can be used by all the generations.
Ten kilometers south, National Park Biogradska Gora is located and 15 km southwest, National Park Durmitor. The river Tara runs through the town center, it is ideal for rafting, kayaking and other both rides.
