Ćulafić family is into agriculture and husbandry, while living in the village Božiće and, during summer months, they take their cattle to the katun on the mountain Štavna, which is situated at the foot of the mountain Komovi, within the Regional Nature Park. Your hosts are Mikša and his mother Bosiljka, and she will make some delicious traditional dishes for the guests.
Since the family is involved in agriculture and husbandry, they use their own products for making food for their guests. They will welcome their guests with dairy products, fruit, vegetables, juices, jams, all made on the farm.
Ćulafić household is situated in the katun Štavna, exceptional location, at the foot of the mountain Komovi. A lot of marked hiking and biking trails, belonging to the Regional Nature Park Komovi are located in the surrounding area. Mountain trails that lead to the peaks of Vasojevićki, Kučki and Ljevorečki Kom are special because guest can make a tour and visit them all, and during winter months, guests can try walking on snowshoes, then skiing and Alpine touring. Guests can also enjoy in walks to nearby katuns and if you happen to visit in the right time, you can collect blueberries, raspberries, tea herbs and other wild plants, which abound in the area. Some 15 km away, in the village Kralje, guest can visit the Homeland Museum, and the center of Andrijevica houses the church of St. Michael Archangel and Knjaževac Park. Fly fishing zones can be found along the rivers Lim, Zlorečica, Kuckaja, some 30 km away from the household.
