Karadžić family lives in the village Kovčica and they are mostly into agriculture. Radovan, the grandfather and Olga, the grandmother are retired and they are dedicated to the household while their son Slavko and daughter-in-law Aleksandra work in a school in town and they come to help every day, upon finishing their job.
Karadžić family has their own garden where they grow vegetables and fruit for themselves and for their guests. They make juices and jams and if you visit at the right period, you can take part in these activities. They keep hens, turkeys and pigs. They also own a restaurant within the household where they welcome guests with homemade products and they have rooms and apartments for guests’ accommodation, too.
Kovčica village is situated 6 km away from Žabljak, then 2 km away from Vražje and Riblje lake and Greek graveyard – tombs. Savin Kuk is 3 km away from the household. Durmitor is the mountain where you can tour seventeen stunning lakes and enjoy the breathtaking nature. The household rents bikes to its guests and a neighboring household even offers organized horse riding.
